How do I return an item?

Returns
We only accept returns of unused and/or untampered items in exchange for store credit. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Store credit for returned purchases is only good for 30 days after we receive returned purchase(s). Please note you are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-341-8160 or via email at contact@gingerandliz.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. We reserve the right to obtain proof of the damaged item(s).
